MAYOR OF BUCHAREST`S SECTOR 2 VISITS HEYDAR ALIYEV FOUNDATION
Baku, 6 August (AZERTAC). Mayor of Bucharest`s Sector 2 Neculai Ontanu has today visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
He was briefed on the Foundation`s objectives, and items taken from the national leader`s personal archive.
The main goal of the Foundation is to study and popularize Heydar Aliyev`s rich heritage, give an idea to future generations and foreign visitors about his large-scale activity to achieve Azerbaijan`s socio-economic, cultural progress, and assist projects that popularize the history and culture of Azerbaijan.
Neculai Ontanu familiarized himself with photos and documents reflecting different periods of Heydar Aliyev`s life and activity.
