MEETING ON CAUCASUS STABILITY AND COOPERATION PLATFORM KICKS OFF IN ISTANBUL

Baku, 26 January (AZERTAC). A meeting on the Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform started in Istanbul on Monday. The event brings together deputy foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Russia and Armenia. They will discuss elimination of conflicts in the region.

The Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform was initiated by Turkish Prime Minister Rejep Tayyip Erdogan on August 2008 to ensure peace in the region.
