PRESENTATION OF AZERBAIJAN CULTURE AND SOLIDARITY ASSOCIATION TAKES PLACE IN ADANA, TURKEY
Baku, 22 February (AZERTAC). The city of Adana, Turkey, hosted presentation of the Azerbaijan Culture and Solidarity Association on February 22.
The Association promoting friendship between Turkey and Azerbaijan should at the same time serve as a herald of the whole Turkic world to bring the voice of the brotherly Turkic countries to the notice of the world community, Valeh Hajiyev, Deputy Chair of the State Committee on work with Azerbaijanis stressed at the ceremony of presentation.
Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkey Zakir Hashimov outlined the importance of the Association’s mission, adding that Azerbaijan and Turkey are one nation and two kin states and must consolidate all countries of the Turkic world.
The Association intends to establish close ties with unions and non-governmental organizations of other Turkic countries, Head of the Azerbaijan Culture and Solidarity Association Yakup Bulut said.
At the end of the ceremony Valeh Hajiyev and Zakir Hashimov held a meeting with the Head of Ceyhan Municipality Huseyn Sozlu.
