PRESIDENT ATTENDS GROUNDBRAKING CEREMONY OF CENTRAL HOSPITAL IN SHAKI
President Ilham Aliyev attended Friday a ceremony of laying a foundation stone for a central hospital in 
Shaki region.
The Head of State got acquainted with the planning scheme of the hospital`s building.
The construction of the hospital is financed by the Azerbaijan government, U.S Agency for International Development, UNISEF and World Health Organization.
The 100-ward hospital will have facilities to provide patients with high quality medical services.
The building will be put into operation in 2011.
The President put a time capsule into the foundation and covered it with liquid concrete.
Afterwards, he chatted with local residents.
