PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV ATTENDS OPENING OF AZERBAIJAN INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL AND TOURISM FAIR
Baku, April 28 (AZERTAC). President Ilham Aliyev has today attended the launch of AITF 2010, the 9th Azerbaijan International Travel and Tourism Fair.
The Head of State was informed that the total exhibition area increased 20% percent from previous year to feature 14 countries. This year`s event marks first time when Azerbaijan showcases its regional tourism potential.
For the first time, Turkey will act as the partner country of the AITF exhibition.
President Ilham Aliyev viewed pavilions of the exhibition.
The show is officially supported by Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Culture and Tourism, World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), Azerbaijan Tourism Association, and National Confederation of Entrepreneurs’ (Employers’) Organizations.
HOREX 2010, the 4th Caucasus International Hospitality Fair, is being held alongside AITF to demonstrate hotel, restaurant and supermarket equipment; professional kitchen equipment; vending; fast food systems; hotel and restaurant furniture.
