PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV EXTENDS INDEPENDENCE DAY GREETINGS TO HIS SRI LANKIAN COUNTERPART
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today sent a letter of congratulation to President of Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapaksa on the country`s national holiday, Independence Day.
“I hope that Azerbaijan-Sri lanka relations will develop and expand for the welfare for our peoples, on the basis of friendship and cooperation,” the letter reads.
The Head of State wished his Sri Lankian counterpart good health and success in his activities and friendly people of Sri Lanka peace and progress.
