PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV HEADS TO MOSCOW

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev left for Moscow for a working visit on Monday.

At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the President was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Chief of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Mayor of Baku Hajibala Abutalybov.
