Lerik, June 25 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today inaugurated the Heydar Aliyev Center here.

The President was warmly welcomed by local residents.

The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the center which covers 420 square meters.

Photos and documents reflecting various periods of national leader Heydar Aliyev`s life and activity have gone on display at the center.

The facility was established to popularize national leader Heydar Aliyev`s political heritage. There are interesting books at the center`s library featuring the life and activity of the national leader.

The center has been equipped with necessary facilities.

President Ilham Aliyev signed the center`s guest book.
