PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV INAUGURATES MUSEUM OF LONG-LIVERS IN LERIK
Lerik, June 25 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today inaugurated a museum of long-livers here. The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the facility and toured it.
President Ilham Aliyev was told it was not coincidence that the museum had been established in Lerik. The region is recognized across the world as a land of long-livers. Currently, more than 20 people over 100 years of age live in Lerik. The museum is one of a kind in the world. More than two thousands exhibits, interesting news and photos have gone on display at the museum.
The facility will attract more tourists to the town of Lerik.
