PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVES FIRST VICE-SPEAKER OF KYRGYZ PARLIAMENT
Baku. 13 March (AZERTAC). President Ilham Aliyev today received the First Vice-Speaker of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan Cholpon Baekova.
Cholpon Baekova said her current visit aims to exchange views on developing inter-parliamentary ties, attend a ceremony of presentation of the book dedicated to prominent Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aytmatov as well as discuss issues related to holding events to mark the writer `s jubilee in Azerbaijan.
President Ilham Aliyev stressed the importance of organizing a series of events in Azerbaijan devoted to prominent Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aytmatov.
President Ilham Aliyev underlined the importance of expanding bilateral relationship in all spheres, including an inter-parliamentary one.
