PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVES IRANIAN MINISTER OF ECONOMY AND FINANCE

Baku, June 23 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Wednesday IRI Minister of Economy and Finance Shamsaddin Husseini and his accompanying delegation.

The Head of State underscored Iran-Azerbaijan economic relations are successfully developing and expressed confidence they would continue to develop.

The Minister offered Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmedinejad`s greetings to the Azerbaijani Leader. On behalf of his colleagues, he thanked the Head of State for making his remarks at the 35th annual meeting of the Islamic Development Bank Group.

The Head of State asked the Minister to pass his greetings on to his Iranian counterpart Ahmedinejad
