PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVES MAURITANIA`S FM
Baku, April 8 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev has today received a Mauritanian delegation led by foreign minister Mrs. Naha Mint Ould Mouknass.
The President praised the “first ever high-level visit” between Azerbaijan and Mauritania, expressing hope such reciprocal visits would continue.
President Ilham Aliyev said the visit creates good opportunities for conducting “a wide exchange of views” on the bilateral relations, which, he expressed hope, would be developed.
Naha Mint Ould Mouknass offered the Mauritanian leader`s greetings to the Azerbaijani President.
The Mauritanian FM said her country is keen to develop relations with Azerbaijan in various spheres.
Naha Mint Ould Mouknass praised Azerbaijan`s development, and said she was impressed by stability and progress in the country.
The Azerbaijani President asked Naha Mint Ould Mouknass to convey his greetings to the Mauritanian leader.
