PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV SENDS INDEPENDENCE DAY GREETINGS TO HIS UKRAINIAN COUNTERPART
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today sent a message of congratulation to President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko on the country`s holiday, Independence Day.
“Azerbaijan-Ukraine deep-rooted historical ties are developing today on the basis of good traditions, friendship and cooperation. Our countries upgraded the effective cooperation both on a bilateral basis and within international and regional organizations to the level of strategic partnership,” said the letter.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev wished his Ukrainian counterpart good health, success in his work and friendly people of Ukraine peace and welfare.
