Presidents of Azerbaijan and Poland have expanded meeting
Baku, July 25 (AZERTAC). Following the one-on-one meeting, presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Bronisław Komorowski of Poland have been joined by their countries` delegations.
During the expanded meeting the two leaders praised their countries` relations in different areas, particularly in the political and economic ones. They expressed assurance the visit would help expand bilateral cooperation even more.
“We are sure that your visit would give a kick-start to Poland-Azerbaijan relations. Our relations cover a number of fields. I believe the agreements reached would boost our cooperation,” President Aliyev said.
The Head of State pointed out there is potential for development of economic relations, in particular, in energy sector.
The Polish leader, for his part, pointed out bilateral relations would expand even more after the present visit.
He underlined business community becomes increasingly interested in establishment of closer economic ties with Azerbaijan.
