PRESIDENTS OF GEORGIA AND AZERBAIJAN MEET IN PRESENCE OF DELEGATIONS
Batumi, July 18 (AZERTAC). Following a one-on-one meeting here, Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Mikheil Saakashvili of Georgia have met in presence of both countries` delegations.
The Georgian leader thanked his Azerbaijani counterpart for accepting invitation to pay a working visit to Georgia. He noted both countries had achieved their goals and the present trip would allow developing bilateral relations in all spheres.
President Ilham Aliyev thanked Georgian President for inviting him to Georgia.
The Head of State said the visit is important for sharing opinions on a number of issues.
The Azerbaijani leader underlined that talks held during the trip would give an impetus to development of future cooperation and contribute to bilateral relations and activity of intergovernmental commission.
