ROMANIAN STATE SECRETARY FOR STRATEGIC AFFAIRS ARRIVES IN AZERBAIJAN
Baku, June 8 (AZERTAC). The State Secretary for Strategic Affairs in the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bogdan Aurescu, today has arrived in Baku on a working visit.
During the visit to last till 11 June, Mr. Bogdan Aurescu will meet with Azeri officials.
On 9 June, he will address at the Azerbaijan-NATO International School with a lecture on the topic “The Role of North-Atlantic Alliance in XXI century”.
Mr. Aurescu is the key lecturer at the seminar of the Council of North-Atlantic Partnership, ”Energy Safety: Challenges and Prospects”, to take place on 10 June.
Visit of Bogdan Aurescu to Baku once again shows high level of relations between Azerbaijan and Romania on political, academic, cultural and other spheres.
Visit of Aurescu to Azerbaijan focuses on the issues of bilateral interest. These are questions as the NATO PfP Program, European security, energy safety and participation in the international peacemaking operations.
