SPOUSE OF ESTONIAN PRESIDENT VISITS AZERILMA CARPET WEAVING COMPANY
Baku, January 13 (AZERTAC). First lady of Estonia Evelin Ilves today visited “Azerilma Ltd”, a carpet weaving company in Baku.
Ms. Ilves was in detail informed about the carpet weaving, one of the oldest and most popular forms of art in Azerbaijan. She was astonished with Azerbaijani carpets, which are kept in numerous museums of the world. Products of Azerilma were awarded with the prizes and certificates of the exhibitions held in US, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Italy, Japan and Russia.
