TEN AZERI CITIZENS BECOME FULBRIGHT PROGRAM WINNERS
Ten Azerbaijani studetns will study in US universities under the Fulbright Program, the Head of Public Relations Section at the US Embassy in Azerbaijan Terry Davidson said in a meeting with Azerbaijan`s Education Minister Misir Mardanov on Friday.
Terry Davidson added 63 young Azerbaijani students applied for the Fulbright Program to pursue their studies in the United States but only ten of them got through the competition.
Misir Mardanov stressed the significance of the Fulbright Program. He said the Ministry had taken relevant actions improve English language teaching in the country.
