Azerbaijan Technical University, Bulgarian universities sign agreement on cooperation

Baku, May 15 (AZERTAC). The Azerbaijan Technical University has signed a cooperation agreement with Bulgarian Technical University of Gabrovo, Technical University of Sofia, and Bourgas Professor Assen Zlatarov University.

The document was signed by rectors Havar Mammadov of the Azerbaijan Technical University, Raycho Ilarionov of the Technical University of Gabrovo, Marin Hristov of the Technical University of Sofia, and Petko Petkov of the Bourgas Professor Assen Zlatarov University.

The document envisages joint education, scientific researches, exchange of students and teachers.

Prior to the signing ceremony, Mammadov spoke of the Technical University`s activity, particularly its international relations. The rector also underlined the importance of cooperation with the Bulgarian universities.

They also discussed scientific and educational cooperation between the universities.
