AZERBAIJANI STUDENTS TO GET MOSCOW MAYOR`S SCHOLARSHIP
Moscow mayor`s scholarship will be awarded to 22 students on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Russian Community on September 24.
According to the Russian Culture Center in Azerbaijan, stipends will be given to the most active students studying in the Russian sectors of the higher educational institutions.
Moscow mayor Luzhkov signed the order instituting Moscow Mayor`s scholarship on December 4, 1996. Moscow government decided to include Azerbaijan into the Moscow Mayor`s scholarship program on August 8, 2007.
