Azerbaijan`s Education Minister meets Dutch ambassador
Baku, November 9 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Minister of Education Misir Mardanov has met Dutch Ambassador Arjen Peter Uijterlinde.
Mardanov praised the two countries` relations, saying they were developing in various fields, including education.
The Minister stressed the necessity of attaching more importance to conducting joint scientific researches, adding this will contribute to expanding the bilateral cooperation.
He also emphasized the necessity of building cooperation in the field of vocational education.
Uijterlinde noted the Netherlands attached great importance to developing educational cooperation with Azerbaijan.
The ambassador said the two countries` universities maintain good cooperation as part of international educational programs.
He stressed the necessity of increasing the number of Azerbaijanis studying in the Netherlands and attracting Dutch students to continue their education in Azerbaijan.
