Baku hosts event on “Heydar Aliyev and the Turkic World”

An event titled “Heydar Aliyev and the Turkic World,” co-organized by the Center for Turkic World Studies under the Azerbaijan University of Languages and the Evrika Lyceum, was held in Baku.
In his remarks, Jalal Ibrahimli, head of the project and head of the Turkic World Research Center, highlighted Heydar Aliyev’s pivotal role in safeguarding Azerbaijani statehood and strengthening the unity of the Turkic world. Addressing the youth, he emphasized that the future of the Turkic world depends on a generation that is educated, patriotic, and committed to national and spiritual values.
Khudu Rzayev, founder of the Evrika Lyceum, and Ofeliya Muradova, director of the lyceum, underscored the importance of raising the younger generation in a patriotic spirit and fostering loyalty to national values.
Other speakers highlighted the National Leader’s language policy and his significant contributions to the preservation and development of the Azerbaijani language.
The event concluded with a dialogue on the topic and a Q&A session.
