Baku State University, Kyrgyz Turkish Manas University sign MoU

Baku, October 18 (AZERTAC). The Baku State University and the Kyrgyz Turkish Manas University (KTMU) have today signed a memorandum of understanding.

The memorandum provides for the development of cooperation in the fields of education and science between the two universities.
