Baku, June 17 (AZERTAC). An event devoted to the life and activity of the Egyptian singer Umm Kulsum and composer Mohamed Abdel Wahab will be held at the Egyptian Culture Center on June 24. The event will be organized by support of the Embassy of Egypt to Azerbaijan and Egyptian Culture Center.

The Egyptian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Sabir Abdulgadir Mansur and director of the Center, Professor Adel Darwish are scheduled to inform the participants about the life and activity of these famous persons.

The compositions by Mohamed Abdel Wahab, as well as songs by Umm Kulsum will be performed during the event.
