DEFENSE MINISTER MEETS CHIEF OF GENERAL STAFF OF POLISH ARMED FORCES
Baku, January 23 (AZERTAC). Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev met Friday with Franciszek Gągor, Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces.
Parties exchanged views on enhancing military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Poland.
The Minister briefed Franciszek Gągor on military and political situation in region.
Gągor, in turn, said the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh must be settled only on the basis of Azerbaijan`s territorial integrity.
Ambassador of Poland to Azerbaijan Kshishtov Krayevski was present at the event.
