President Ilham Aliyev receives credentials of incoming Macedonian ambassador VIDEO
Baku, April 18 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today accepted credentials of newly appointed ambassador of Macedonia Goran Taskovski.
The Ambassador passed along a ceremonial guard of honor.
The Azerbaijani President had a conversation with the diplomat.
The ambassador conveyed greetings of Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov to the Head of State.
Goran Taskovski said he had eye-witnessed rapid economic development processes in Baku.
He stressed the necessity of organizing reciprocal visits of the two countries` businessmen in terms of development of the economic relations.
The Head of State recalled his meeting with Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov. The Azerbaijani leader praised bilateral relationship between the two countries.
President Ilham Aliyev stressed the importance of expanding economic ties. The President also noted the significance of defining opportunities in the fields of mutual making investment, trade and implementation of joint projects.
The Head of State asked the ambassador to pass on his greetings to the President of Macedonia.
