PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV VISITS TOMB OF NATIONWIDE LEADER HEYDAR ALIYEV
After the inauguration ceremony on October 24, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and members of his family arrived in the Alley of Honors to pay respect to the nationwide leader, architect and founder of the modern Azerbaijan state Heydar Aliyev, who pulled out the country from political and economic crisis and brought it onto the path of stability, economic prosperity and integration into the global community.
The Head of State laid a wreath at the tomb of the nationwide leader.
President Ilham Aliyev and members of his family also laid flowers at the tomb of the eminent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
