ROMANIAN PRESIDENT CONGRATULATES ILHAM ALIYEV ON RE-ELECTION
President Traian Basescu of Romania has sent a congratulatory message to Ilham Aliyev on his re-election as President of Azerbaijan.
The letter reads: “I am convinced that by strengthening joint efforts towards widening the scope of partnership between our two countries, we will achieve boosting their economic potential and deepening cooperation in the Black Sea region. ”
He expressed confidence the Azerbaijani President`s upcoming visit to Bucharest would give an impetus to enhancing the two countries` co-operative relationship and raise it to a strategic partnership.
The Romanian President wished Ilham Aliyev robust health, success in his activities and the people of Azerbaijan peace and progress.
