Teaching of Azerbaijani language begins at Benha University in Egypt

The teaching of the Azerbaijani language has begun at the Foreign Languages Center of the Faculty of Philology at Benha University in Egypt.
The course is organized by the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Egypt with the financial support of the Azerbaijan International Development Agency (AIDA) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
At the initial stage, 20 people have registered for the course. Applications from those wishing to participate in the program are still being accepted.
It was reported that the course participants include students from various faculties of the university, as well as teachers and researchers.
The participants have shown great interest in learning the Azerbaijani language, literature, and culture. Some of them intend to study in Azerbaijan in the future and plan to apply for scholarship programs.
