Azerbaijan attends "Civilization Week" exhibition in Cairo

Cairo, April 17 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan participated in the international "Civilization Week" exhibition in Cairo, Egypt.

The Azerbaijani embassy presented the country's tourism potential in "Azerbaijan stand" and promoted the country's sightseeing through special advertising printed materials featuring the cultural-historical monuments, hotels and tourism facilities. Besides, more than 200 numerous magazines, brochures, printing materials and disks about Azerbaijan and its must-see places were distributed in the Azerbaijan's pavilion to participants and Egyptian citizens.

Many countries were exhibited from collective national stands. Visitors once again learned about the travel opportunities on offer in Egypt from the country`s tour operators who are returning to the exhibition this year.

Vice president for Community Service and Environmental Development Abdel Wahab Mohammed Ezzat participating in the opening ceremony of "The Civilization Week" visited the Azerbaijan's pavilion and expressed his gratitude for the participation in expo.
