Azerbaijan participates in CFAB 54th international spring fair and food festival
London, May 15 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan took part in the 54th international spring fair and food festival in London with the support of the country`s embassy in Great Britain and Azerbaijan`s State Oil Fund.
The event brought together representatives from more than 100 countries, as well as diplomatic missions accredited in UK, representatives of foreign embassies, and international organizations in London. The Azerbaijani stand demonstrated examples of carpets, carpet-bags, and souvenirs reflecting the country`s national culture, history and traditions.
The charity festival was organized by protecting children and uniting families across borders (CFAB) organization with the support of Royal Patron HRH Princess Alexandra.
The International Spring Fair and Food Festival raises funds for CFAB, a unique UK-based charity and part of the International Social Service (ISS) network which has branches in over 120 countries and helps to protect and promote the rights of children and vulnerable adults across international borders.
The spring fair is one of the charity`s largest fundraising events and is approaching its 54th year.
Each year the fair receive the support of over 80 diplomatic missions in London who bring food and craft stalls to Kensington Town Hall selling their national goods to help raise money for CFAB.
