Azerbaijan, Tajikistan in talks to develop military cooperation
Dushanbe, October 11 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani Ambassador to Tajikistan Abbasali Hasanov met with Tajik defence minister, Lieutenant General Sherali Khayrulloyev to explore prospects of boosting military cooperation.
They praised the two countries`s cooperation in military education.
Hasanov highlighted the development of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces, as well as the government’s attention to army building.
He also spoke of Azerbaijan`s internal and foreign policy under President Ilham Aliyev.
On the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the ambassador blamed official Yerevan`s unconstructive position for the delay in the settlement of the dispute.
