Azerbaijani MP attends conference in Turkey
Istanbul, October 14 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani MP Ganira Pashayeva has attended a conference titled Armenian “genocide” claims and the South Caucasus in the 21st century in Karabuk, Turkey.
Addressing the event, Ganira Pashayeva informed the participants about vandalism acts in Azerbaijan`s territories occupied by Armenia and the Khojaly genocide.
As part of the conference, Pashayeva met Mayor of Karabuk Rafet Vergili.
The Azerbaijani MP presented books prepared by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation on the Khojaly genocide and Nagorno-Karabakh to the Mayor.
Rafet Vergili said a monument in memory of Khojaly genocide victims would be erected in Karabuk, adding Azerbaijan and Karabakh parks will also be built here.
