BAKU TO HOST SEVERAL EVENTS AS CAPITAL OF ISLAMIC CULTURE
Baku, 23 January (AZERTAC). Since the Organization of Islamic conference declared Baku as the capital of Islamic Culture 2009, a wide range of cultural events will be held in the capital of Azerbaijan within this year starting from February, according to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan. Baku residents and guests will be offered interesting cultural program.
A special 12-member working group to realize high-profile cultural events has been already established.
