NOW ARMENIANS DISSEMINATE FABRICATIONS ABOUT THE KHOJALI GENOCIDE
Baku, January 17 (AZERTAC). Approach of anniversary of the Khojali tragedy has disturbed the Armenians. To hide the genocide committed by them and mislead world community, to give to the tragedy other slant, they have developed a propaganda campaign. Apparently from spirit of the article, published under the heading "Karabakh" in the daily Armenian publication (in French language in Paris) highly experienced in bringing the lie in shape of the truth, the Armenians are seriously disturbed with the materials about the Khojali genocide, including the pictures which have embodied horrors of tragedy, placed on Internet sites of Azerbaijan, in particular, on the site of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
To cast a shadow on activity of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation conducting important work in the field of bringing to all nations of the world of the truth about Azerbaijan, including about the Khojali genocide, they increase the propagation constructed on insinuations.
Trying to deceive the French readers, the author makes delirious suggestions that ostensibly this genocide has been committed by Azerbaijanis. To persuade the readers in truthfulness of it, he states that refers to messages in the book about Khojali events, released by "the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh republic”. He, thus, asserts that the materials and photos horrifying the person placed on the Azerbaijan sites were made not in Khojali, but during the conflict in Kosovo. His impudence emboldens him even to convince readers that ostensibly the clothes on victims do not belong to Azerbaijanis and that such photos were demonstrated at the Serbian forum, at the exhibitions organized in connection with other "hot points".
It is possible to expect everything from the Armenian propagation. The evidence to that is nonsense of the author of article that else two months prior to the said events which have occurred on the night on February 25-26, 1992, the "humane" Armenians warned heads of Azerbaijan about the military operations in Khojali that the Khojali tragedy has been committed by the opposition, aspiring to assume power and that till 1993 the territory between Agdam and Khojali was under the control of Azerbaijanis.
Evidently, Azerbaijan`s becoming regional leader, growth of its economic and military power, strengthening of positions in the world and successes in information war gives no rest to the Armenians all over the world. If only it were so. That is what we need.
