SOLIDARITY DAY OF WORLD AZERBAIJANIS MARKED ABROAD
A ceremony to mark the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis was held in Paris.
The event brought together Azerbaijanis living in France, employees of the Permanent Representation of Azerbaijan to UNESCO and others.
Official of the embassy of Azerbaijan in France Zeynal Jafarov briefed the participants on national leader Heydar Aliyev`s substantial contribution to strengthening the unity of World Azerbaijanis.

The embassy of Azerbaijan in Qatar has organized a ceremony on the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis.
Representatives of Azerbaijani Diaspora in Qatar, employees of embassies of other countries participated at the ceremony.
Azerbaijani ambassador to Qatar Eldar Salimov said as a result of national leader Heydar Aliyev`s great efforts, the idea of solidarity of world Azerbaijanis had been elevated to the level of state policy.
The participants also saw a documentary film on Azerbaijan.
