32ND PABSEC PLENARY SESSION ENDED IN MOLDOVA
Azerbaijani delegation participated in the 32nd Plenary Session of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Parliamentary Assembly (PABSEC) in Kishinev, Moldova. Moldavian President Vladimir Voronin attended the event.
The session focused on fifteen years activity of the organization, economic development of WTO and BSEC member states, deputy chairman of the standing commission for social policy of Milli Majlis (Parliament of Azerbaijan) Musa Guliyev said.
Head of Azerbaijani delegation Asaf Hajiyev informed about financial and moral damage caused to the country as a result of Armenian aggressive policy. Report on the “World Trade Organization and economic development in its member states” was highly valued by session participants.
The participants approved the BSEC`s 2009 budget and appointed new Chairman and Secretary General.
Romania will host the 33rd PA BSEC session.
