“Today, situation in the world changes very quickly, Azerbaijan and Russia are lands of stability in the unstable world”, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Institute of Demography, Migration and Regional Development Yuri Krupnov told AZERTAC correspondent.

He underlined that both countries are in need of each other and today`s round table discussions “Azerbaijan in the 21st century-strategy of success” opens new prospects for strategic cooperation. Mr. Krupnov stressed the importance of strengthening of bilateral relations through implementation of the new projects.

“We insufficiently use our potential of cooperation. We should increase our economic and commodity turnover by two or three-fold. Economic cooperation between the two countries has gigantic prospects and we must work together,” Krupnov added.
