AZERTAC WINS RUSSIAN EMBASSY`S CONTEST
AZERTAC (Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency) was presented with a diploma for “wide coverage of Russia-Azerbaijan relations in media” by the Russian embassy in Azerbaijan, which awarded winners of the second journalist contest “Russia and Azerbaijan - strategic partners” on December 25. AZERTAC`s editor Vladimir Morozkov was also among the contest winners.
Istratov stressed the high level of Azerbaijan-Russia relationship, which received a strong boost at the meetings and talks between Presidents Dmitry Medvedev and Ilham Aliyev. Trade turnover reached two billion dollars, said the ambassador. The journalist contest becomes regular.
In conclusion, Istratov awarded a group of journalists.
