BAKCELL GETS NEW DIRECTOR GENERAL
Baku, January 11 (AZERTAC). Former CEO of Lebanese mobile operator Alfa, Ineke Botter, has been appointed new director general of Bakcell, the pioneer mobile service provider in Azerbaijan.
Botter, a Dutch national, will succeed Martin Quirke whose term expired last December.
Founded in 1994, Bakcell today has 1.2 million subscribers across the country.
