Emir of Qatar meets outgoing Azerbaijan`s ambassador

Baku, September 10 (AZERTAC). Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani on Sunday met Azerbaijan`s ambassador Eldar Salimov over completion of his diplomatic mission.

They exchanged views on development of bilateral relations between the two countries.

The sides also hailed developing relations in all spheres and stressed assurance on the further development of relations between both countries.

They especially praised State of Qatar`s support in solving the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within international organizations. The Ambassador also expressed gratitude to the State of Qatar for this support.

Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani said that Qatar would further support Azerbaijan`s just position.

The Emir of Qatar also presented an order of distinction to Eldar Salimov for his contributions to development and strengthening of relations between the two countries.
