ISTANBUL TO HOST MEETING OF TURKIC-SPEAKING COUNTRIES` PARLIAMENTARY SPEAKERS
A meeting of parliamentary speakers of Turkic-speaking countries will be held on November 20-21 in Istanbul, Speaker of the Azerbaijan Parliament, Milli Majlis, Ogtay Asadov said during his meeting with representatives of Azerbaijan-Turkey Historical Research Foundation.
According to him, the meeting participants are expected to set up a parliamentary assembly of Turkic-speaking countries.
Initially, the assembly will include four members, while in the future it will unite all the Turkic-speaking countries.
