PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV OFFERS CONDOLENCES TO INDIAN COUNTERPART PRATIBHA PATIL
On November 27, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to his Indian counterpart Pratibha Patil over a huge loss of life as the result of a series of terrorist attacks in the city of Mumbai.
The letter reads:
“The news of a great human loss caused by a series of simultaneous terrorist attacks in Mumbai is a source of great sorrow to me… We strongly condemn all forms of terrorism which today has become a source of an exceptional threat to mankind. I share your moment of mourning, and extend my sincere sympathies and condolences to You, families and relatives of the dead, and wish those injured soonest recovery.”
