SOLIDARITY DAY OF WORLD AZERBAIJANIS MARKED ABROAD
The embassy of Azerbaijan in Egypt has organized a ceremony to mark the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis.
Employees of the embassy, Azerbaijani students studying in Egypt and others participated at the event.
Azerbaijani ambassador to Egypt Faig Bagirov conveyed President Ilham Aliyev`s greetings to the world Azerbaijanis.
The ambassador briefed the participants of the Azerbaijani Diaspora`s activities.

A ceremony to mark the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and New Year was held in Azerbaijan`s embassy in Turkmenistan.
Azerbaijani ambassador to Turkmenistan Elkhan Huseynov spoke of national leader Heydar Aliyev`s substantial contribution to strengthening unity of Azerbaijanis living over the world.
He also briefed on successful internal and foreign policy pursued by President Ilham Aliyev.
A film on Azerbaijan`s history and culture was demonstrated at the event.

Northern California Azerbaijan Culture Center and American Azerbaijan Council co-organized a ceremony to mark the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis in Los-Angeles, U.S.
Elman Abdullayev, Consul of Azerbaijan in Los-Angeles congratulated the participants on behalf of the Azerbaijan government.
President of American Azerbaijan Council Javid Huseynov said progress was observed in the activity of the Azerbaijani community in the U.S.

A ceremony to mark the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis was held in the Netherlands. The event brought together representatives of Azerbaijan-Turkey Cultural Circle and several Turkish organizations.
During the event, they also condemned the online apology campaign launched in Turkey for the so-called Armenian genocide.
