TURKISH AND ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTERS TO MEET IN ISTANBUL
Foreign Ministers Ali Babacan of Turkey and Eduard Nalbandian of Armenia will meet on the sidelines of a meeting of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) to be held on 24 November in Istanbul.
The talks are to focus on the details of Armenian President Serge Sarkisian`s expected visit to Ankara, bilateral cooperation and settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
