USAID REALIZES REHABILITATION OF DRINKING WATER SYSTEM IN GUSAR

United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has realized a project on rehabilitation of drinking water system in Boyuk Murug village of Gusar region.

The project, implemented under USAID`s Community Development Activity program, will provide 550 residents of the village with drinking water.

The agency also implemented a project on rehabilitation of energy system in Davudoba village of Guba.

The rehabilitation work was carried out by USAID partner CHF International.

The project will improve electrical supply for more than 700 residents of the village.

Since 1992, USAID has provided over $284 million of aid, helping Azerbaijan to improve the lives of its people and to make the best use of its energy resource.
