The latest issue of “Irs-Heritage” international magazine released in Moscow was entirely devoted to the problem of Nagorno-Karabakh, AZERTAC reports from the capital of Russia. This is the fourth issue of the magazine addressing the Karabakh subject. The publishers decided not to supplement the articles with photos, stressing that “this time, let the articles and historical documents serve as photos”.

The new “Irs-Heritage” issue quotes extracts from Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev`s addresses on Karabakh problem. The magazine offers “Armenian question” by Austrian researchers, “Background for the Armenian-Azerbaijani clash”, “International legal responsibility for outrage on humanity” and other analytical pieces and feature stories intended to accurately represent in-depth look at all sides of Nagorno-Karabakh subject.
