2ND INTERNATIONAL CARICATURE CONTEST “MOLLA NASRADDIN-AZERBAIJAN 2009” KICKS OFF IN BAKU
The 2nd International Caricature Contest “Molla Nasraddin-Azerbaijan 2009” started in Baku with the support of Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Federation of Cartoonists` Organizations and Azerbaijan Cartoonists` Union.
Aim of the event is to inform the world community on the first satiric magazine in the Moslem East “Molla Nasraddin”, and its 103-year activity. All 12 jury members will include heads of the cartoons` organizations from numerous countries.
