Second International Conference of Directors of National Libraries of Turkic Speaking states kicked off Tuesday at the Azerbaijan National Library named after M.F. Akhundov in Baku.

The conference brings together 16 directors of national libraries of Turkic speaking states, including Director of Azerbaijan National Library Karim Tahirov, President of National Library of Turkey Tuncel Acar, Director General of National Library of Kazakhstan Rosa Berdigaliyeva and Director General of Turksoy International organization Duisen Kaseinov.
