UKRINFORM writes about Azerbaijani photojournalist
Kiev, April 3 (AZERTAC). National News Agency of Ukraine (UKRINFORM) published an article entitled “The Photographer Osman Kerimov, who loves the city of Kiev” in the Ukrainian language, which tells of a young, talented artist photographer Osman Karimov, who, once worked at the Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency (AZERTAC) and now lives in the capital of Ukraine.
In an interview with Vladimir Serdyuk, Azerbaijani photo-master says he has more than 500 publications in the Western media, such as Agence France-Presse, Associated Press, Reuters, through the galleries where his work is reflected in The New York Times, Washington Post, National Geographic, Guardian and other famous publications.
“But still, the main role belongs to AZERTAC - Osman emphasizes - where I got a great experience of photo-reportage, shooting several world-class events such as the World and European championships in various sports, more than a hundred shots with the participation of Heads of State.
“In addition to photo-journalism, I have always devoted much time to shoot also towns and today, while in Ukraine, I want to present to you not news-shots, but my view of one of the most beautiful cities - Kiev,” Osman Kerimov says and presents his photographs of Kiev.
